If you come by car the best way is via Italy then ferry to Igoumenitsa or Patras on to Piraeus to get the ferry from Piraeus to Naxos.

Ferries in the summer depart fromPiraeus to Naxos every day 7-8 am and afternoon 4-7 pm.

If you fly it has to be Athens and then ferry to Naxos or fly.

In the island you can rent cars ,bikes and equipment for surfing if you so wish.
