The photos of the beaches shown below are the ones which are within walking distance from Portobello studios . The beach infront is 3 klms long with thick sand. It is never congested even in August.

If you prefer smaller beaches more reclusive there are within 3 mins by car. There are many beaches in Naxos ( the island is the biggest of the Cyclades) which vary in time to reach them from 10 to 45 mins at the North of the island.

The sunset views are from the verandas of the studios , all very recent and not modified.
